Bible says money is a blessing if you have it,It becomes a curse if it has you.Considering bible and money,money in the hand, bible in the heart is a blessing;but if money is in the heart and bible is in the hand , it is a curse.This is because the love of money opens you up to all kinds of evil.It is a form of cancer in the body .Money in bible context  is placed in your hands to enlarge your distribution to your world, not to enlarge your possessions like the rich fool.

The money you will not distribute will soon destroy you,as it did to king Solomon .After building the temple and his house ,we are not told that he ever gave money to anybody or anything .Rather he kept on collecting from foreigners and visitors ,like the queen of Sheba .He never distributed his money for any good cause.Instead , we , are only told that he married many wives and had many concubines.

If you do not  have a working knowledge of your blessing, it has the power to undo you.Money in the bible is for doing good and for being rich in good works;for distribution, not for accumulation.There is one thing you can not over- do , it is called good.

It does not matter how much you have ,if you do not know how to use it,it may soon destroy you.You are required to be a blessing to the world according to the level of your blessing.The bigger your capacity to bless , the greater the level to which you will be blessed.That means you are the one to determine the extent to which you will be blessed.But if you don't have the right perspective to the bible on money, you are likely going to become it's victim.

The bible says money without financial intelligence is money soon gone;so get informed of its uses .The bible is the most informative text on money and financial management,more than any business school in the world.

Exposition on bible verses about money

The bible says "For wisdom is a defence , and money is a defence ..."(eccl 7:12) In the world money represents power, but in the bible money is a defence .Jesus called money the unrighteous mammon.people all over the world are searching for money day and night .Everybody is looking for who to take advantage of and grab something from.

Money is the target and life dream of an average natural man.He is after it day and night!But Jesus says:For your heavenly father knoweth you have need of these things. (matt 6:32)

God is saying ,"i know you need these things clothes,shelter and  food.But you do not have to be anxious at all for them.There is a settled plan to get your needs met- a struggle - free plan and strategy  that will always work-any day , any time anywhere.The bible verse about money spoken by Jesus that we would look into is Mathew 6;24" No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."

The things that the gentiles seek for is summed up in "mammon".It is the very essence of what the gentiles are living for .But for you ,God has promised in Malachi 3;17" And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. "

For everyone that will care to serve God today, the whole world will see the difference tomorrow.God says He is going to distinguish those who serve him.He is saying ,"if you serve me, money will serve you.if you serve money ,mourning will become your companion ".Money without God makes mourners.God lift you,He lift you to honour you.When God becomes the supplier of the money in your hands,you will remain the envy of the world around you,"Because whatever the lord doeth,it shall be forever."

Only the blessing of God maketh rich and added no sorrow to it.The blessing of the devil maketh rich plus plenty of sorrows.This is what satan does.Everyone he lift ends up destroyed-he lifted pharaoh and then destroyed him;he enriched judas, but he ended up in suicide.Jesus speaking of the devil , said that he only comes to steal ,to kill and to destroy, no matter what he pretends to have come to do(john 10:10).Whatever he pretend to be doing to help you is only a strategy to hurt you.But when it is God that lift you he lift you to honour you.

The bible on money summary

The bible on money shows that there is nothing that life demand that it is not in God. All things that makes for life and godliness are packaged in redemption.You carry the greatest treasure inside you,"holy spirit" .

When you start measuring your life with a sinner's life, it just shows that you lack understanding .By destiny , the world is to envy you .When you begin to envy the world instead, you have lost your destiny.

You just like isaac , who is a child of promise.Your nation and all the earth , where ever you step into , are to envy your personality.

Tithe|Should Christian pay tithe.

What percentage of Christians tithe?The few ones that are considering the issue always ask the question are Christians required to tithe?All and many more questions all because there has never being a proper understanding of the issue of tithes and offerings. The bible verse on tithe that we will be considering on this teaching is Mal 3:8-10.Considering this bible verse ,why then then should a Christian pay tithe?Tithe is the only earthly giving that answers in heaven,your offering answers here in the earth.Tithes have heavenly transaction links which guarantees you the opening of the windows of heaven. When your tithes answers and your harvest is due , heaven open unto you by itself.

If you can do a bible verse lookup on mal 10:8 you will notice that offering was not mentioned there ;This is because it is your tithe that bring you under the covenant of blessing ,any other offering you give is according to how God has blessed you but tithe is 10 percent of your profit.And when you stand by the covenant God stands by you to fulfill it.

Considering our bible verse [mal10:8] God has committed himself to rebuke the devourer for the sake of the tither.The devourer is no one else but the devil himself.How pleasant will it be for the almighty himself to take it upon himself to place an embargo on Satan purposefully because of you.When Satan is disallow in the premises of your life then you begin to enjoy an heavenly life on an earthly realm.

Despite all these reasons ,a-lot of Christians attribute tithe to old testament ,which is not true.Tithe is like faith that has been in existence before the law of mosses and transcend to the dispensation of grace.As a new creature under grace , your tithe is your covenant duty that makes your life full of God's blessing.When tithing becomes your practice life will give you it's best.Conclusively, you need the window of heaven to permanently opened upon you,your covenant with God is sure if you take care of your side of the covenant ,God is a covenant keeping GOD and lastly take a cover from the devourer by paying your tithe regularly .The devourer will be far from you like the east is far from the west.[amen]

Bible exposition On Tithe

Financial breakthrough is impossible in the kingdom of God without paying your tithe,why? because tithe defaulters are under a financial curse .Tithe is the master key to financial breakthrough .Tithe is an inescapable covenant obligation.No one escapes poverty when they do not pay their tithes. So no matter how much you give to support the work of God, once your tithes is out of place, the curse still remains.

Tithing has been in existence before the law of moses came.Abraham paid tithe of all to Melchizedek, check this bible verse (Gen28:22)All this took place before the law came through moses.When the law came the law now thought them how to pay it.During Jesus ministration on earth he encourages people not to leave tithe undone, even thou it was considered as trivial thing but it must not be left undone.Read it in this bible verses(matt23:23)(luke11:42).

What it is tithe? Simply put tithe is the one tenth of your income.The tenth of your income is not yours,it belong to God because it is your tithe.The tithe of your income is not yours.That it is where to start from .So,you don't give the tithe.You can only give that which is yours.

How could God have said you have robbed him if it were your money,he would not have used the word robbed.(Mal3:8-10) It is not possible to rob the all seeing God without been caught.

Please understand that paying your tithe doesn't enrich God or his ministers.It is to secure your kingdom covenant destiny with him.Financial breakthrough is impossible without tithe.

The tithe is not yours ,so there's nothing to celebrate over when you pay it .Do you celebrate that you pay your tax? Nobody ask you whether you're interested in paying your tax or not; it's your civic responsibility .Even so is the payment of your tithe your covenant responsibility as a citizen of the kingdom.

To be lawless is to be lifeless.Nature is guided by laws.The man, Adam,was ,created in the centre of prosperity .But his destiny in it was to be guided by a law that says,"the day you eat of this tree, you will die."Likewise ,when you eat your tithe, you begin to die financially! you move ,but nothing moves!you work and work ,but nothing works!you run, but nothing is accomplished!

Do you want a financial breakthrough ?Then obey the financial laws of God-the tithe of all your income is the lord's.Don't touch it! it's dangerous to eat up your tithe. Don't try it.

Bible scripture on rejection of poverty

Acceptance of poverty as a sigh of holiness by some set of christians and the rejection of poverty as a curse by some sets of christians as been causing a-lot of misunderstanding,we are going to use some scriptures to make our proof.In the bible there are lot of scriptures that can show us the mind of God pertaining to poverty and prosperity.

The scripture that we are going to use is 2cor8:9,the verse made us to understand that jesus came to make us rich the bible verse that has been wrongly interpreted by many for years is 1Tim 6 :10 "the love of money is the beginning of evil"in the bible that scripture has been misinterpreted by many ningning that money is evil but that it is not what the verse is saying,the love of money,the attitude of looking for money at all cost not minding God is the root of evil and not money itself.
I have even heard of minister pledge to poverty because he misunderstood the scripture.Such kind of people believed that poverty is neccessary to live a godly live ,that it is absurd ! poverty might be the mark of religion but it's not the mark of christianity,bible made us to know that christianity is not a religion but a relationship with God if you study the scripture.

The scripture we are using has corrected the impression that many has that poverty is a perequisite for serving God.Otherwise 2cor 8;9 will be false and nningless .Poverty is contrary to the provision of God in the bible, therefore reject it in its entirety.

No father would want his children to live in poverty,the bible tells us that God is our father and his wealth is beyond human comprehension.In the scripture it is noted that we are heirs to vast estate.He has given us blank check ,so it's up to us to fill anything we need in the blank spaces.The bible verse 2Tim 2;1 gave us the order to take advantage of the grace in christ Jesus and enjoy prosperity.

Don't let the world put the mark of religion on you,reject poverty because the scripture has established it that prosperity is your right in christ.
